My card was fine the other days, now my games are running like crap!

I played Forza : Apex yesterday at a 57 - 60, now today, it's not working well, I'm still playing at High settings Dynamic Optimization enabled. Today I'm running at a 25 - 30. I tried fixing the problems with drivers, but it was already installed. So I went on a different game Dirt Rally, instead of playing at a 54 - 60, I'm playing at 46 - 51. I have no idea what's the problem with this and why is it running like garbage today.

 

 

 

My Graphics Card is a Radeon RX 560 4 GB as a ASUS ROG Strix OC

quite high functioning apparently. if you can make a forum post, you can use DDU. all you do is click. watch a youtube video or two. you'll figure it out.
