Old hardware identification

I have an old piece of hardware and am wondering what it is pls help

 

(yes, that is a sodimm ram stick and it has 4 sata ports on the side

3Ware PCI-X SATA RAID card, that part is obvious. Res is too low to see the exact writing on the chips, though.

 

Based on what I can read, my assumption is that this is the 3ware 9500S-4LP
