I didnt explain myself well, but where it goes if your motherboard has those types of audio jacks will you use that motherboard jacks the same way u would use the normal jacks, for example the B350 TOMAHAWK and the Asus prime B350 PLUS

OFC is just marketing about the material it's made of, there is literally no difference in how you use it or how it sounds.

So everything is in the same place right ( the audio,mic jacks etc )

Its the same way you use it just that OFC jacks will provide a bit better quality that most people cant hear or dont have good enough audio gear to profit from it.
