Barebones laptops?

Is there anywhere I can get a laptop such as hp spectre x360 or zenbook without any components?

 

I am looking for a laptop with thunderbolt 3 but everything is crazyily priced.  If I can find a laptop without any RAM, PSU, and Storage, I could then put in my own components.  It would be nice if they sold laptops like that.  Stripped

EDIT: Nevermind.  Eurocom used to sell shells.  Doesn't seem to any more.

Going to be pretty difficult to find something that thin with upgradable components. Spectre x360/XPS 13 have soldered ram. The Zenbooks however do have upgradable ram. Thought, most of the barebones laptops I've seen are gaming/workstation laptops.
