X79 pc in need of help!

So, here goes, my system specs;

Case: Cooler Master HAF X (with all standard fans on it)

Mobo: Asus Sabertooth X79(it's missing the "assistant fan" can't find one anywhere)

Cpu: i7 3820, I currently have a 4930K sat waiting.

Cpu cooler: Arctic freezer i30

Gpu: EVGA ACX 3.0 Gaming GTX 1070

Storage: OCZ Vertex 4 128gb

OS: Windows 10 pro

Ram: 8Gb Corsair Vengeance LP 1866 (2x4)

Psu: corsair GS800

My system needs some new ram, as what I have is no longer available anywhere really, don't want to be stuck at 8gb and preferably not to mix makes of ram, my cpu also idles at near 40c, with room temperature around 19c, so I'm looking into some better cooling too, maybe a newer psu too depending,

But yes, I also cannot overclock it, bios telling me it fails every time I attempt (it weirdly ran at 4.55ghz for a good while with Temps around 50-58c), doesn't want to anymore though, but yeah.

My point is, what would be some good X79 ram for my i7 4930K and would new cooling be needed or should new thermal paste be sufficient?

Thank you

My PC (Known as TRX):

—CPU: TR 1900X

—Graphics: GTX 1080 Ti FTW3

—Motherboard: Asrock X399 Taichi

—Storage: 512GB Sabrent Rocket, 2.5TBs HDD

—CPU Cooling: Cooler Master ML360 TR4 RGB Edition

—Case: Cooler Master Cosmos C700P

—PSU: Corsair AX860

uh 16gb of ddr3 gskill your psu is fine

maybe a h100i or a dark rock 3 pro

Any kind of gskill? Ripjaws, sniper etc? And I were thinking a H115i or something similar, and a GS 800 is all good? It's non modular, which is kinda driving me nuts to be honest, but it works, thank you!

yeah all corsair psus are pretty high quality

tbh on the ram i recommend u just get the cheapest 16gb kit of a reputable brand on newegg or amazon.

For the cooler its ur preference air or liquid

Air would be dark rock 3 pro imo

liquid would maybe be a nzxt kraken x62

get a pair of 1866mhz 2x4gb ram for quad channel, preferably the same kit but can be from other brands too.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

I've been having problems finding any corsair vengeance Lp at all, let alone 1866 haha, kinda wasting chipset capabilities right now, but yeah, mixing brands isn't bad unless it's of different voltages I guess?
