Change Username?

I know it's not a feature. I remember Linus saying that it keeps people held responsible for their actions. However, I do wish I could change my "The Dark Swordsman" to "Dark Swordsman" just like all my other usernames. It still would be me, but without the "The".

They won't change it, the rule only allows if your have personal identification on the username such as your real name and you don't want it there or when you have some cursing word of some sort but is a legit user not trolling.

 

It'd be interesting if they added the chance to change username at a fee though to allow it to those who really want to change it, the fee is not even for profit reasons just a break wall from the feature being abused.

Any username change requests should go directly to any of the Staff members (Administrators, Moderators etc.) via personal message, if you want to file such a request please contact any of us for the request to be evaluated.
