GPU, INTEL GRAPHICS

For some reason, my pc wont allow intel graphics and gpu to work at the same time. They both work when either of them are disabled, but wont work simultaneously. I had it working perfectly fine a couple of days ago. I already went to bios to enable intel graphics.

Some motherboards have an option for "Both," if not it's usually one or the other.

Like I said I had it working the other day. Now all of a sudden intel graphics control panel doesn't want to show up on the desktop. Only when I disable my GPU it shows up.
