h100i led color problem

my h100i used to be white but oneday it changed and now it won't change to white. Whenever I try to change the color within corsair link it goes to another color. Ex. White in corsair link turns up red on the cooler

Try different opposite colors until it comes out white

Then try red and maybe it will go white? Maybe it's hinting that you should move to Canada

I tried all the variations it never goes to white it either goes to blue, green or red never white...

Your green RGB went out. This is unfixable and has to be RMAed to newegg. I had the same problem. When I contacted Corsiar they told me to RMA it and they took goo care of me. They sent me a brand new one sealed in box

 

My Corsair logo also would no go to white. it was red looking by default
