Quiet or don't care? Large or as small as possible? Motherboard size? Price range? CPU cooler model?

Quite but cool inside. I have a $80 budget for a case. I have a m5a99x r2.0 evo motherboard, i have a cooler master hyper 212, and a amd 8320. And im hoping to buy a case big enough for the gigabyte gtx 770 Newegg says its Length is 11.5"L x 5.08"W x 1.69"H

Would a Cooler Master Storm Enforcer mid tower case work?

Would a Cooler Master Storm Enforcer mid tower case work?

It would. As would http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352026, and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352029. Although the later while likely the quietest is larger than needed.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
