Not sure what's available in Portugal at your given budget, but you should have mentioned in your original post that sound quality trumps gaming and that listing headsets is kinda misleading. You can help by listing a number of headphones (NOT headsets) that you can get and that are within your budget, I'm sure the audio guys here would be able to help you out.

Edited everything so it's more simple and clearly show's what i want
