Chrome lag

Hey guys so i've noticed after i formatted and installed chrome when i have youtube videos open and i change tap to do something else the video like freeze's / stops for a second when i swap back to the tap. It only does it now and again which is weird. I've tried turning hardware acceleration off but it's still doing it. Is this normal? I just recently installed the new windows 10 update aswell.

 

Any idea's or is this normal?
