Okay, so don't listen to any of these guys. They're from US. Europe is a different kind of beast. They've no idea how much things cost here.

The Crucial MX300 is a good option.

so for my new build i want to get an ssd just for windows. as storage i have a 2tb hdd from seagate, but i dont have much left for the ssd, i found a cheap one, is this any good?: https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/537659/intenso-sata-iii-high-120gb.html

also i saw a comment on one of linus his videos asking that if he puts windows on an ssd, will windows kill the ssd by writing log files and other files generated in windows.

im new to building pc, so i dont know anything apart from building and setting it up, but things like these keep on popping every day, kinda scared that im missing lots of things when building a pc.

Thanks in advance!

I would suggest to look into the MX300 for a budget option for an SSD.

Writing logs and other files will never kill a drive. The SSD seems OK, but I wouldn't depend on it too much. Id save up for a Samsung or am Adata. Here's a cheap SSD from Adata and they're reliable.

Corsair 4000D RGB

Asus B550 Tuf Gaming II

Asus 7700XT Tuf Gaming

AMD 5600x3d

32gb 3200mhz gskil

Crucial is pretty good, but I haven't use them much. Like I said before, I'd rather save up for a good SSD if you're putting your whole OS on it...

It's a very entry level SSD, with lower writes on the small sized SSD's, the MX 300 uses the newer 3D nand flash with a better controller.
