Direct 3D

for some reason my computer says i dont have direct 3D i just got this new graphics card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127663 and have the latest drivers but it still wont work any ideas on what it can be?

what windows are you using? have you update your windows to the latest version?
also try installing directXredistributable june 2010...

windows 7 and i fix it by re installing the driver thanks for the help guys!
