You can stress test only the ram if I remember well on aida64

i pulled out the other ram stick i have not tried by itself IT WORKS tested it for 5mins no errors thank you so much now i need to find 8gb of 3000mhz ram somewhere thanks so much

Or you can just try another DDR4 port, you have 4. Probably one got broken, happens, just make sure you try everything before wasting money on something else!
