Bluetooth earbuds not showing up

My Bluetooth earbuds aren't showing up on my Samsung tablet after I formated it. It shows up normally on my laptop and worked normally on my tablet before. I've tested an older Bluetooth adapter and it shows up on android.

Usually switching off wi-fi helps, have you tried it?

Looks like you've paired them with other devices, better to switch Bluetooth off on them, it may help, because earbuds will only connect with one device at a time

in fact mine can be connected to 2 devices but I'm they aren't connected. The pairing light is blinking.

Usually, these two steps help. Also, make sure, that device's battery is charged because on low battery Bluetooth may not work or it's disabling

The problem is that it worked normally before re flashing and formatting my tablet.

Try to check for all of the updates then. For example on PC similar situation (after formatting or reinstalling the windows) probably would reference to problem with drivers
