[Fixed] I'm having a problem with my NVIDIA drivers (maybe). Colors are too dark and stuff.

So I used the NV_RGBFullRangeToggle program after updating the latest drivers (388.00) because I'm dumb and didn't know that it's possible to do it (toggle HDMI full range) in the NVIDIA Control Panel. Now, it's like my computer is messed up, the blacks are too black and everything is kinda dark. I need help. If I re-choose the color profile, it fixes the problem but it comes back if I restart my computer. I've tried reinstall the graphics driver but it seems like it doesn't work. How do I fix this? Is there a way to edit the registry to make it go back? I've tried going through and deleting the registries that the program changes (shows in the program) and then reinstall the drivers but it seems like that it's still not fixed. Help

I've attached the picture of the program after it's done with the Full Rage Toggle. It worked fine before this driver version (388.00). Any ideas? Thanks.
