Buzzzing and freezing for afew seconds.

the buzzing and freezing happen when im playing lol and neverwinter. first thought was the game but after ending both the games, it came back once in awhile while i was surfing the net for the solution to this problem. this happen on my 5 year old pc last time and it would always blue screen. current pc is quite new.. don't really know how to explain the buzzing and freezing. i tried restarting the pc, setting my pc fan to 100% instead of 30%.

you talking about the buzzing where you hear the last audio making an annoying sound and your system has to be hard reset? This is usually related to RAM, faulty PSU, Bad graphics card, overheating or something as mundane as needing a tad more voltage somewhere for stability if something is overclocked and not unstable.

restarting my pc kinda got rid of the problem.

i have not starting on overclocking yet. im guessing its just my old graphic card since the rest of the stuff are recently bought.
