iPhone keeps saying that I have a new "memory"

Ever since the ios update I keep getting notifications that I have a "new memory" and a random photo appears in my notification bar? What is this and how do I turn it off?

Go to settings, type memories in the search, then shut off the setting.

 

Edit: Actually, that looks to only modify the holiday memory settings.

Apple released a feature recently called memories that analyzes your photos and tries to create 'memories', little movies and slideshows showing events in your life based on what information it can find out about your pictures.
