My item says out for shipping since 9 hours will I have it tomorrow if not when will I have it than ?

If it says out for delivery then you'll get it that day, it could be late in the day but usually that day.

If it's just shipped then it could be a week before you get it.

Aww, that sucks.

Btw, I think the Corsair Value Select "junk" is the same stuff as Dominator Platinums, but without a heatspreader.
