The point of me including a budget is that i cannot go over that price. Spending that amount over time makes no difference as i will still be spending that much money all the same. When i post a budget, that is the MAXIMUM amount i can spend.

I took SSOB's list and tweaked it slightly to get under $700. If you want to mess around with the list, you can click on the link and change it yourself. This build doesn't include an SSD. I'd suggest getting either an SSD or HDD and holding off on the other until you can afford it.
