I went with the X52 cooler since you picked it out but you do not need it. I would suggest dropping it and going with a much more powerful GPU.

So I'm in the process of deciding a build as my current PC is nearly 5 years old and has and I3 2100. My budget is around $1350, and below is the current build specs I have come up with and their amazon links respectively:

For purely gaming, but you do lose performance with a 1060/i5 than going with an r5/1080.

Note that with the build you picked, you will get less performance, as the one I listed has a 1080/r5 where the one you already chose is an i5/1060, which will be beaten no matter what in games by a 1080.
