Even though there are many contradictory theories on performance gains with this new update; I did manage to find a great thing in this update--this update allows you to alt + tab out of games of a different resolution of your native res way faster and smoother. For example, in csgo, I play on 1366 x 768 with my monitor being 1920 x 1080 and with this update, it allowed my to alt + tab out of the game in less than 2 seconds, which is way faster that what the first creators update brought to us. 

"May your frame rates be high and your temperatures low"

I misread titles/posts way too often--correct me if I don't.

That is nice to know, I have recently just done my update and so far I have no complains, feels like if any thing Microsoft did not break any thing and the GPU usage on Task Manager was a very nice bonus.

the update has been very stable. i've been using it for about a week (Windows insider) and even the pre-release was pretty good.
