Just placed an order with EKWB for my first loop - I'll be using the Bitspower Maximus IX Extreme waterblock, and plan to upgrade to hardline after 6 months with adding GPU into the loop and adding another 360 rad. Anything I might have missed?

I'd not bother with the bridging plug or the cable adaptor tbh. Or the filling bottle for that matter, just wash out a plastic milk bottle and use that instead. 

 

Just make sure you've counted all the fittings that your going to need. 

 

Do you need those 12mm extenders? Do you need that CSQ plug? What's your loop plan like?

Filling bottle and cables I agree are extras, just nice to haves. The extender is to connect the drain valve to the t-splitter. See the drawing

I wouldn't waste money on the tester, jumper and bottle.  Aside from that it seems ok.
