What the heck is this Sound?

My computer makes a scratteling noise, i Think it is maybe my power supply? The Sound stops after abit but, i Can still hear it

Could be a hard drive, or any fan that slightly hits something. It will be hard to say for sure, but try disconnecting some stuff to see what is left when the noise is present.

Fixing a Harddrive is a very difficult task and should be made by a professional. It also won't make sense since it is not the cheapest repair. I Suggest making a Backup of your files just in case of a Failure and spending money on a new SSD instead of the Repair.

Due to the way hard drives work (a spinning platter and a 'needle head'), a drive that makes this noise, will make it forever. You can minimize the sound though, through anti vibration mounts (although the sound might not come from vibration of the entire drive)

 

Check the health of the drive using CrystalDisk Info. If it's fine, you're basically stuck with the sound (unless you are still within returning period of course).
