Hi I was wondering if anyone had some PC gaming builds around $1300. I feel that if I use pc partpicker I wont choose correct combinations of parts. Im looking for a build with a 1070 i dont know if I would get a solid build at that price. Any advice will be highly appreciated thank you. From what I hear intel cpus better for gaming? Sorry if im wrong.

Is $22 more fine? I could cut to get exactly 1300.

Last question which build do you recommend more your 1070 or 1080 but I checked your 1080 build it had no cpu cooler. I think im leaning more on your 1070 with ryzen

dont get ryzen system then mate. Get intel system with 1080. @seon123 has suggested a nice build for you. if you want I can tweak a little bit again. remember no matter how fast ram you put with ryzen & gtx 1070, intel will be always better with equivalent gpu & you can pair gtx 1080 which will be alot beneficial for you.

Most CPUs come with stock coolers, which are fine. The exceptions are unlocked Intel CPUs from Skylake an onwards

the 1080 has a stock cooler. And you can replace this intel stuff with ryzen.

pretty much close to seon's build, better ram, added a budget cooler because intel's stock cooler is eyesore to such beautiful build. a little better board with wifi which comes in handy even in desktop. I'm sure you wont be disappointed for performance that you seeking.

sorry for late response. feel free to discuss, its fine. there wont be any bottleneck with 8400. but definitely 8600k would be better if you can afford. note that you need to get a better cooler with 8600k too . the one i added was meant to replace stock intel cooler. get atleast cryorig H7/H5 ultimate for 8600k.
