Apple's warranty is 1 year. That said, if there is any physical damage at all, you will have to pay out of pocket for a refurb unit. Best to go to the store and have them take a look. In Canada, a replacement would be 450$. Not sure what it is in the States.

Try DFU mode but if computers are not seeing the device at all its likely a hardware issue. If it is your only option is sending it to Apple for a replacement.

I got it connected to ITunes somehow, the lines were still there but the apple logo disappeared but it was stuck on "Preparing this IPhone for restore" for like 10 minutes so I unplugged it and now I can't get it back.
