Problem is this, You're overclocking it too far. It isn't stable at the clocks what yous set it too.

 

EDIT! your CPU isn't handling its clocks well... Then it might be the GPU Clocking, Try running your Whole PC in stock, No OC. See if it freezes again.

Also in my original post, I have played games with 4 different video outputs (integrated graphics, Radeon HD 5830, GTX 970, RX 580) and the computer still froze.

Then the GPU is out, Try to under clock your CPU. See what that does.
