Help Me Decide

I'm thinking of building myself a pc which can do both gaming and a bit of productivity (photoshop and video edititng for youtube) but im stuck on two options,

the i7 8700 (non k) and the i5 8600k. When i add up the expenses for both cpus its just about the same which equals to (310 dollars for the cpu and about 70 dollars for a non overclockable motherboard/ for the i5, 260 dollars for the cpu, 20 dollars for a generic hyper 212 and 100 dollars minimum for the motherboard) 380 dollars on each configuration. So what will be my best bet? please leave your recommendations below.

 

also please take note that my cooler isnt too fancy so a 5.2 Ghz overclock wont be happening anytime soon.

There are no non overclocking boards for Coffee Lake yet

There aren't any 8700 benchmarks yet, so if that's the case I would wait before deciding since there isn't enough info right now.

Intel only sampled reviewers the 8700k, 8400, and for some the 8600k I believe. No one was given the 8700, so for a review of it we probably need to wait for review sites to go and buy one.
