Case for Friend

I'm helping my friend plan and build a new computer, but I'm having trouble finding the perfect case. His budget is $140 -$160, he wants a case with good airflow, a good looking front panel (It will be underneath his desk), and I want it to have good cable management, a psu shroud, and lots of room. Any suggestions?

Define C TG, it's the Meshify C's "solid front panel twin" that didnt get any press release, so everyone forgets about it.
