ST45SF Not enough or Defective ?

First of all thank you for using your valuable time to read this post.

So i bought a new sff psu to pursue my dream of building my own mini itx system and its the silverstone st45sf 450W non modular PSU (not exactly the sf450 but i am pretty sure they are very similar if you dont need a modular psu)

my setup is listed below;

CPU: 6700k (game mode on the mobo on so it runs at 4.4 Ghz with reasonable temps.)

MOBO: MSI Z170I Gaming AC

RAM : 2x8 GB Corsair Vengeance 2400 MHz

GPU : Evga Geforce 1060 SC (small one)

Storage : 480GB Sandisk ultra 2 SSD and a 1TB Seagate barracuda 7200 Rpm HDD

Cooler : Cooler Master Evo 212

i build the system like 2 days ago and just started playing some Rocket league today , 2 days ago it was on a motherboard box with the st45sf psu and i played almost everything .. made a stress test and all ..

today my system is in a bitfenix prodigy (i will swap to node 202 in the near future) but even while playing rocker league which is not that damanding my pc just shuts itself down and turns back up for no reason.. (at random times..)

sometimes it just takes a minute , sometimes after 2-3 hours..

so now im worried , i swapped the psu for an 8 year old 620W Cooler master ATX unit and i am doing aida64 + furmark at the same time while writing this post (its been 29 minutes so far but it will be stress tested at least 8 hours while i sleep)

after i realized the random resets i tried to do the same with aida64 and furmark and psu started resetting in a matter of minutes (i tried it like 6-7 times and everytime this happened)

So what do you guys think ? is the sff450 unit not enough ? or does it have some kind of defect ?

i see people running 7700k s and 1070s with sf450 psu s so im leaning more towards the defect probability..

again thanks for reading this hidious post and your possible help !

Seems like the 450w is getting too hot from constant load. Its only rated at 450w up to 50 celcius. Having it running constantly with a stress test going is going to heat it up more then that. BUT i'm more likely to say its just not enough. Remember when you OC anything power usage increases significantly
