It's not a GPU, if it was it would be connected via heatpipe to the main heatsink like the CPU is. I unfortunately have no idea what it is either lol

I'm just gonna go and guess it's either a north or south bridge, but your best bet to know for sure is to either see if you can find a teardown of this laptop or its spec/datasheet or wait for someone smarter than me.
