iJust 2 Bad Mod Connection

I just recently purchased an iJust 2 vape off of my brother, and it has a bad connection to the coil and the mod itself. Basically, I hit the button and start inhaling. Give it maybe a second or so, and then it starts producing vapor. Is there a way to fix this? Was thinking of putting a little bit of aluminium foil to raise the contact point, because the connection point is lowwr than supposed to be. Not sure though. Any thoughts?
