Is my temperature bad?

I have the i7 6700k and the msi gtx 1070  and the h100iv2 cooler at idle 29-30c sometimes less depends on the room temp so today is hot so its 29-30 and when gaming 62-67c max is this bad or good?

Temps are fine and normal

If you're talking about either one, GPU or CPU, that temp is fine for both. I'm assuming you must be referring to your GPU considering your CPU is water-cooled. This is a perfectly safe temperature for a graphics card.

Im talking about my cpu and my cpu aint overclocked nothing is overclocked in my system i just have the xmp for the rams on and thats it for overclocking

Then yeah dude you're 100% fine. If your CPU gets near 90, start worrying. You have nothing to worry about right now!
