bios takes 20-40s to find m.2 boot drive (intel p600 256GB)

i have tried removing all other drives form the bois boot option

i don't really know how i would describe it

but i its like the bios is looking for a boot drive and it cant find it and then after 40s it finds it

it is slow as that my laptop is doing 15s reboot on a sata ssd i think their is problem

thanks for the help
