Core Temp is a very simple program that tracks your temperature without much hassle. The only thing that might be lacking are the so called illustrations. (It does show little temperature indicators in your taskbar) 

"May your frame rates be high and your temperatures low"

I misread titles/posts way too often--correct me if I don't.
