Why do you need 500FPS? It's not CS:GO xD

1) Unless you have a monitor that has a refresh rate of 500+ Hz then it doesn't matter.

2) You haven't mentioned the detail settings

3) You do not need to keep creating topics asking the same question.

Please explain why you need 500 fps on Minecraft, as I'm really curious about why would you need such figures.
