Laptop recommendations

My current laptop is very bad. It has a celeron processor and I can barely do anything.

I was wondering if there was a laptop that's fast and efficient, but cheap.

I'll be using this for mostly school work and internet use, such as watching anime. I'd also prefer if it was slim, light, and not too big.

And please no chromebooks. I don't like them.

Maybe a cheaper Zenbook? Take a look at Acer's Swift series.
