CPU Power Limit Throttling

I recently discovered that my new Aspire 5 with the MX150's CPU Power Limit Throttles when the GPU is pegged at 100% usage.

This causes terrible frame drops, which get really annoying.

Can anyone help me?

 

Edit: I just called Acer Tech Support and the guy was very unhelpful and suggested me to reinstall windows.

I believe that'd be because they're sharing a heat pipe.

No, it's just a thing laptop manufacturers do to reduce costs I believe. Shared heat pipe means that both CPU and GPU are under one heatpipe when they should each have one.

that=throttle.

So it throttles in order to not overheat?
