Why is there such a price difference?

So on Newegg I was looking at GTX 770's and I want the ASUS gtx 770 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121770

And there is a large price difference between  the gigabyte version http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125463

and even the SC version with the ACX cooler http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130946

Why is that?

This so newegg doesn't sell all of one card and have a bunch of the others left around.
