Would help if you said where you are from.

As-well as if you need a mouse,keyboard,OS,monitor etc

Also please, make your own PC(put it together yourself), do yourself a favour.

well league isn't that graphically intense of a game. So a decent processor with a mid-range gpu would suit you enough. any specific place that you want to buy this computer from? You should really build your own pc, pre-made ones are usually pretty bad in terms of the bang for the buck.
