I'm not Norwegian so I can't help you with that specifically, but I think looking for it in Swedish or Danish stores might be a good idea if you can't find them in Norwegian stores; many stores across Scandinavia offer shipping to all of these countries. Alternatively, Amazon.co.uk offers surprisingly decent shipping rates to Scandinavia.

Yay i found cableorganizer.com and i’m going to order of there had a reasonable shipping cost of 7$ so i’m happy.

We have "merverdiavgift" tho. Anything bought has to pay 25% extra. So if iy cost 90 dollars and 10 dollars for shipping, total will be 125 dollars.

You can get regular raceway or cable or go with cable management channels like this if your just needing to keep stuff off the ground and part of your desk.
