high temps

howdy y’all, i just recently built my 1st pc, and i have a i5-7600k overclocked to 4.4 ghz cooled by a be quiet dark rock 3, and it’s running under full load in the low 60s. i know this has got to be abnormally high, but what could it be?

60s under full load is great. I just aim for under 80 when I'm overclocking.

I'm just saying, if I was you I'd be pushing that thing further. There's a lot of thermal headroom left.

I'm not a build expert(just built my first pc on monday), but in a lot of the videos I've seen, low 60's have been deemed as good under full load so I'm sure you're fine.

my stock 7600k runs 35 at idle and 60-65 under gaming loads. with a cooler people will generally call "good but not great" but i like the look of it (Cryorig C1)

A.. WHAT?? Who told you 60C is abnormally high for OC'd CPU under full load? Thats really good temps. You have 20-27C of room to OC. High temps under full load is 80C+ with danger levels being 85C+ and too hot being 90C.
