the modular PSU is not worth it if you are on a budget, the only time it will annoy you is when building this thing and you have to place the unused cables somewhere in the case.

Once this is done there is absolutely zero advantage of a modular PSU, there ids also a video about this where Luke testet if cable management makes any difference for cooling and the result was that you cant even stuff enough cables into the computer that they would make any noticeable difference.
