thats rather disappointing, as far as i know the chip should handle 1.5v. and the motherboard seems decent to me. Could the energy saving functions of the board have an effect on the maximum voltage? usually i dont mess with these...

I don't think so, but I am not specifically familiar with overclocking on that motherboard so I am not sure.

I'll give it a shot. im close to 4.4ghz 27min stable in AIDA64. all i need is just a tiny bit more voltage
