I f****d up. I  accidentally deleted the Default Web Site in windows Server 2012 ESSENTIALS. Even after all my efforts to recover it I was unable to, searching in the web didnt get me anywhere because all the solutions are for the normal IIS default website, which is different to the on in essentials.

If any experienced IT admin has a Solution it would be greatly appreciated.

Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv\History

Look for MetaBase_0000004580_0000000000.xml

Rename to metabase.xml

I have alot of metabase...something... files listed but none for 0000004580

should I use a newer or an older?

What do I do then with the metabase.xml file.

Time before you accidentally delete your DWS? If it doesn't work, then remove WSUS Role and reinstall it. Or you can run command prompt NET STOP IISADMIN /Y to stop all IIS. And to the same place find metabase.xml and rename it to metabase.xml_1. Paste backup configuration where you can get from Server/All Task Backup & Configuration. Paste it into the System32\Inetsrv. Run services.msc and run all automatic.
