Bootlooping cant fix

reset CMOS?

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

can you get into BIOS? if you can, then check the CPU temp and if that seems high, replace the thermal paste

then that goes out the window, try taking out the CPU and checking the socket for bent pins. if there are none and no dirt or anything, place it back and try again anyway
