AIO Cooling problem

I have an Intel Xeon 6C E5 2620 2.0 GHz 6 core LGA 2011 Processor  on a Gigabyte LGA 2011 C606 GA-X79S-UP5-WIFI inside a 

Silverstone GD07B case. 

 

I mistakenly bought a 120mm AIO cooler (Seidon 120v) with out measuring for clearance... 

Now I'm stuck with it and I don't have the resources to replace it. 

 

So the real question is can I cool the CPU with this WITHOUT a fan?

I'm trying to procure a Slip Stream 120mm Slim Case Fan - 2000 RPM but cant seem to find any on Local shops as of now...

You NEED to have a heatsink on there man, you can't just leave it bare and hope the airflow in your case will cool it, you'll just crash your system.

Case: Meatbag, humanoid - APU: Human Brain version 1.53 (stock clock) - Storage: 100TB SND (Squishy Neuron Drive) - PSU: a combined 500W of Mitochondrial cells - Optical Drives: 2 Oculi, with corrective lenses.

you cant since you wont able to dissipate heat from the liquid your cpu will overheat

Well as of now only option is to ghetto mount the AIO.. Only problem on my end is that it might short out other components...

But will something like Slip Stream 120mm Slim Case Fan I'm trying to get help? I read up that it's not good..

​Also I have absolutely no assurance even that would fit...

Any chance you can leave off the side panel to mount the cooler or is it connecting with other components directly?
