yes but you will not be able to game like that

Yes, it will.

For general use, it will work very well.

For productivity, you should add one to the iGPU if you have one.

For gaming, you will have to drop settings to very low 5760x1080 or play on a single monitor.

No, get something stronger in the first place.

the reason people are telling you to go with something stronger isn't because a 1050 actually is stretched to its limits when 3 monitors are connected, it's that if you try and game on more than one monitor, then your GPU won't be able to handle it.

 

if you plan on only one monitor gaming (and using the others for other things) then the extra monitors will give you no noticeable performance difference AFAIK

1050 does NOT support SLI, neither does 1060.  You need 1070 and up for SLI with Pascal.

What game do you want to surround on? Card could easily do it depending on that.

I like older cod games like mw1,2, and 3 and black ops 1,2. And minecraft I mean who doesn't like it

Old cod will do just fine but only mw3 and bo 1,2 support surround. Atleast with the programs I used.
