Is this post already taken/posted something similar before? Honestly, I am not very sure.

2. What is the exact reason why some peoples' web pages load so smoothly. I have thought of several software and hardware factors but am not very sure.

 

I understand people like Comcast have shared server loadings (I used the wrong term, I understand that) per block, as apposed to AT&T and such, just choose the closest one.

To love is to risk not being loved in return. To hope is to risk pain. To try is to risk failure, but risk must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.

I though I remembered something, Thank You.
