Vpn On router

I have a subscription for the vpn named Tunnelbear. Is there a possibility for th vpn to run directly on my router?

My router is the Netgear R7000.

Fairly certain that for tunnelbear you need to install some kind of program. If you used a OVPN vpn provider then you almost certainly could if that router support DDwrt firmware however in either scenario if you do that all the traffic in your house would be going through the tunnel.
